“As much as you can eat healthy, it’s also important to remember to drink healthy too. Tea is very healing.”

Kristin Chenoweth

Getting enough sleep every night is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves. Having a cup of tea that will help us drift off into a deep slumber is the perfect end to the day.

Making my own bedtime tea blends was one of my New Year resolutions. I love combining herbs, spices, and tea leaves to make tea for every mood.

One of my popular posts is Cozy Hygge Bedtime Rituals to Try Tonight. I’m a true believer in changing our routines into ones that nourish us, so we have the energy to face our daily challenges.

It’s a fun hobby that will pay off immensely.

You can either grow your own herbs at home to make your tea – find out more from this article I wrote How to Create a Tea Garden.

If you would rather buy your ingredients in bulk, it will save you a lot of money over time. I do a combination of both.

Tea has been the world’s favorite drink for over 4,000 years, and that’s quite the testimony. Herbal teas are loaded with micronutrients that offer health benefits with every sip.

Going through the ritual of making and enjoying your tea can help you unwind before bedtime. That’s a good thing for everyone.

After researching every ingredient, it was clear everyone agreed that the herbs helped them have a more restful sleep.

I always buy organic herbs because no one needs any additional pesticides in our bodies.

While browsing through the All-Natural Herbal Remedies booklet, I found this bedtime tea recipe.

Bedtime Tea Ingredients

Passionflower

Ingredient for Bedtime Tea Recipe - Passionflower

Passionflower is a climbing vine where the leaves are used to make the tea.

It has a subtle earthy taste – when mixed with chamomile and lemon balm, the taste is barely noticeable.

You can buy dried herbs in bulk – they can seem expensive to get started – but a pound of each dried herb will make a lot of tea!

Dried Passionflower can be found here on Amazon.
