Dill Sauce Ingredients for Salmon 

1/3 cup mayonnaise 

1/3 cup sour cream 

1 tablespoon (finely) chopped onion 

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish 

1 teaspoon dill weed or 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill 

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 

freshly ground black pepper to taste

1) Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl.  

2) Serve on cooked wild salmon steaks.  

3) Garnish with lemon slices and a fresh sprig of dill on each salmon fillet.
