My favorite tzatziki meal is a really soft stewed butter chicken, with lots of carrots, onions , red pepper, cilantro and tiny but of chopped dried apricots slow cooked. Put a bit of rice in a wrap, then butter chicken then tzatziki. It's absolutely amazing!
