Here’s How to Make Carrot Juice with Orange and Beets

Ingredients for Orange Carrot Beet Juice

1 medium beet with greens

2 peeled oranges

3 carrots

How to Make Beet Orange Carrot Juice

  1. Juice the fruits and vegetables through a juicer and stir the carrot mixture.

Tips for Making Beet Carrot Orange Juice

  • Chop up the beet before adding to the juicer. The density of the beet without being chopped will make some juicers jump.
  • If the juice is too strong for you, simply add a cup of water to dilute.
  • You can add a little bit of lemon juice to make it more tangy.
  • Juice a small piece of fresh ginger root for an even healthier drink.
  • If you don’t have a juicer, add the ingredients to a high-speed blender and use a nut milk bag to separate the juice from the pulp.

Should I limit the amount I drink and is something I can drink everyday?

Hello Danelle! I change my fresh juices everyday. You want a variety of vitamins and minerals and drinking the same drink everyday won't give you that. I will be adding more fresh juice recipes soon. I'm currently drinking two a day. I do make this recipe probably three times a week. Kelly

I never really liked beets, but this does look good...I bet the orange juice would help to temper the strong flavor!

Hi Elsie!

Yes, the orange juice and carrot juice sweeten it. You don't taste the earthy flavor of beets! Let me know how you like it!

Sounds yummy! I also love beet juice! I'm exactly the same when it comes to juicing. I think because it is so much work to make and then clean the juicer. I always juice more in the warmer months too because my body craves it more.

Hi Tina!

Yes, it's my new favorite juice. Maybe because I have so many beets right now! :) It is work to clean the juicer - now I just clean it right after I use it so cleans easier and I keep it on my counter - no more putting it away and taking it back out. Thanks for the comment.
