Ingredients for Seasoning for Poultry
2 teaspoons ground dried thyme
2 teaspoons ground dried sage
1 teaspoon ground dried marjoram
3/4 teaspoon ground dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Mix thyme, sage, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl.
Transfer seasoning mix into a sealed glass jar.
Please Note: It can be difficult to find ground spices. Simply grind leaves in a spice grinder or coffee grinder. You can also use a mortar and pestle to grind the leaves.
