The Apple Cider Vinegar Cure Book Review

I’ve been an Apple Cider Vinegar fan since before it was mainstream. How? Because years ago I read the Bragg’s books about healthy living, and apple cider vinegar is one of the main components of their health regime. Anything information related to apple cider vinegar, I stop in my tracks. Here’s my Apple Cider Vinegar Cure Book Review.

“I adopted a healthier diet.  I take at least a tablespoon of apple-cider vinegar a day.  It’s an old wives’ tale, but it really is one of the best things you can put in your mouth.” – Melissa Etheridge

If you don’t know much about Apple Cider Vinegar, let me enlighten you…

It helps with rebalancing your entire system.  Just one tablespoon three times a day can put your health on a better track.  For example, most of my family members had problems with Acid Reflux.  I had told them over and over again to start taking Apple Cider Vinegar – however  you know how family is – they didn’t listen.  When we all got together for Christmas, I had them start taking it three times a day.  By the end of the five days, they no longer had to take over-the-counter aids and they became big believers.

Paul Bragg is one of the founders of health food in this country.  He’s the person that mentored Jack Lalanne (of Power Juicer fame).  Both Paul and Jack lived a healthy lifestyle until in their 90’s, so they both knew a thing or two about taking care of themselves.  To read more about Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar – go here on their website.

The best way to take the vinegar is to add one or two teaspoons of it to a glass of water.  To make it taste better add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, molasses, maple syrup or a few drops of liquid Stevia to the glass.

Make sure you use a straw because the acid in the vinegar can wear down the enamel of your teeth.  Because I don’t want to keep paying for straws and they create a lot of waste I use these metal straws that I love.

If you want the best results take the Apple Cider Vinegar drink before each meal.

The only way to know for sure if it works is to try it for yourself.  Recipes in this book will give you the right combinations for optimal use.

The most important thing is to get the right Apple Cider Vinegar that you can trust that’s filled with all the health benefits.

Try Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar here.

Not only does Apple Cider Vinegar help with ailments, but it will help you detoxify your entire body, and it will give you bursts of energy.
